FROM CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dear Nutri-Pharm Customer,
Thankyou for taking the time to consider the Nutri-Pharm range of
premium products. As a psoriasis sufferer, I can understand the
difficulties associated with suffering a chronic painful condition.
To this end, the development of Psoria became a personal mission to find
relief. This led to a commitment to produce pain-relieving products
of the most exacting standards.
Nutri-Pharm was established with this aim in mind.
The company was established jointly by Gary Fowler, Nutri-Pharm's
Technical Director, and myself with a view to finding a different approach
to providing relief for pain sufferers based upon a total approach to pain
management.
I would commend to you the value in reading the message of
Gary Fowler
(Nutri-Pharm's Technical Director) for the philosophy and policy of this
total approach.
My principal concern is to ensure that every customer receives the
highest level of customer service, premium products of the highest quality
and assistance with their condition. The latter is through the provision
of high quality information on diet and lifestyle. The former are
achieved through a strict adherence to Nutri-Pharm's customer
charter, and
an ongoing commitment to excellence. This is maintained through a
policy of:
